You can view your patient's health care records using the online Health Provider Portal (HPP). If you don't already have access, you'll need to register.
Records you can view include:
You may be able to access patient records if your patient has a My Health Record on the digitalhealth.gov.au website.
You can also request a Release of Information (ROI) to patient information.
