The Southern Foot Hub is a hybrid telehealth and face-to-face interdisciplinary acute foot disease service aimed at providing timely access to care for rural and remote patients across West Moreton, Darling Downs, and Southwest.

The team is spread across Logan Hospital, Toowoomba Hospital and Roma Hospital and is comprised of a Podiatrist, Endocrinologist, Infectious Diseases Consultant, Vascular Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, Psychologist, and Indigenous Liaison Officer.

The aim of the service is to provide rapid access to specialist inter-disciplinary care for active foot wounds and Charcot neuroarthropathy regardless of where our patients call home.
