Emergency Departments (EDs) across Metro South are celebrating a milestone ten years of person-centred emergency geriatric care, thanks to the CAREPACT program.
The CAREPACT Symposium, Aged Awareness: Working with the older person in the RACF, held on Saturday 3 June was a wonderful display of unity between Metro South Health’s CAREPACT team and the Brisbane South Primary Health Network (BSPHN).
The Metro South Health CAREPACT team has been awarded the Minister’s Award for Excellence in the Annual Queensland Health and Department of Health Awards for Excellence held last week.
